My days seem so short

I need to stop smoking late at night. I woke up at 2:30 today. Slept right through my only class. Had to rush out of my room to make the teachers office hours to make up a test. Thankfully he didn't notice I wasn't in class.

But this isn't the first time. Most of the classes I've skipped thus far have been because I woke up late because I was up til 3am high as shit. I need to like, smoke earlier. I've only been up for two hours. ITS 4:30. That's absurd.

  4. Nah heres a better thought, quit smoking altogether. Start working out in the morning, feel refreshed and never fall asleep in class again

  8. I kind of agree with some of the other comments. You should consider trying to stop smoking all together.

But if not, that's fine too. It's your life to live, right?

  10. Try balancing by rewarding yourself with a smoke every time you go running...this will he regulate your sleep cycle.

  15. I have those days too. Sometimes I feel like I have no time at all. For me trying to balance full time school and full time work leaves me with getting 1-2 hours of sleep on mondays and wednesdays and I think I may be developing insomnia.

Just hang in there man and remember it could always be worse. I'm not going to say you need to quit smoking, but maybe limit it to days that won't affect your schedule.

  16. You know what they say, nothing like a good nights sleep. Though I have seen this one mind hack thing about how to go about your day with just two hours of sleep.
